The Converters factory is situated at Plot No. 129, L-6, Gadoon Industrial Estate, Distt. Swabi about 125 km from the capital city of Islamabad. The process of printing solely depends upon six color gravure printing machine with update registration control and viscosity control having a printing capacity of 150 ton per month where as maximum reel width is 1200 mm and outer dia is 550 mm.

Lamination

The The lamination phase is the fundamental part of production. Plastic film and papers are laminated with plastic films, papers aluminum foils and boards. At Converters, we laminate the printed material to enhance market performance of products this could never be done without technical supervision for four skilful and well trained staff. Wet and dry lamination and single color coating. According to the need of our valued customers, we laminate as two, three or four layers at width up to 1050 mm and outer dia of 1050 mm in solvent variants.

Extrusion  

We have our own mono-layer extrusion facility that can extrude granules of different grades and colors. We extrude a number of specialized films. These specialized films are known for their strength and high barriers properties. We can extrude 10 t 40 microns polyethylene with maximum reel width of 1100 mm and outer dia of 550 mm.

Metalizer  

We have our own leyblod (Germany) Metalizer web width 1000mm & outer dia 500 mm. Being a Metalizing in our premises, it is very easy to control the layers of Aluminum on film. By increasing the aluminum layer to properties of metalizes film increased which enhance to product shelf life.

Slitting
Through the slitting operation materials are prepared for the customers' packaging machine. The section has three slitting as well as one rewinding machine which is operated by our well trained staff.

Bag and Sleeve Making  

In this phase, Converters produces stand up pouch, three sided sealed bags and central sealed bags along with zipper and handle facility.

Packing and Dispatch  
The Converters allows it to be involved in the customers' plan of production. We still think to change the time by dispatching the product to its customer before deadline, this should however be done without proper storage   capacity of finished product. The warehouse of finished goods in Converters consists of 3000 feet indoor space with well trained staff.
